 Cosmetic Compliance Services provides professional regulatory compliance support for cosmetic businesses. Our Services include:

– Product Label Review & Approval
– GMP Templates & Consulting
– Expert One-to-One Support
– Bespoke Product Formulation & CPSR Support
– Portal Submission (UK/EU)

These services do not constitute legal advice. Clients are responsible for ensuring their ongoing compliance with applicable laws.

2.1 Portal Submission (UK/EU)
– Each purchase includes one submission to either SCNP (UK) or CPNP (EU)
– Additional submissions require a separate purchase
– Clients must provide accurate, complete information
– We treat sensitive data (e.g. CPSRs, logins, product files) with strict confidentiality

2.2 Product Formulation & CPSR Support
– We collaborate with a chartered chemist and offer discounted CPSRs
– Clients must submit accurate product specs
– Final CPSR approval remains with third-party assessors

2.3 GMP Templates & Consulting
– Templates are professionally drafted and regularly updated
– Clients remain responsible for GMP implementation and compliance
– Consulting is advisory and not a substitute for audits

2.4 Product Label Review & Approval
– We check labels for compliance; final label accuracy is the client’s responsibility
– Major redesigns or repeated resubmissions may incur additional charges

2.5 PIF Creation & Management
– We compile compliant, complete PIFs
– Clients must supply full product information
– Ongoing updates or PIF maintenance may involve extra charges

2.6 One-to-One Expert Support
– We provide tailored guidance but not legal or lab testing services
– Additional consultations beyond agreed timeframes may incur additional fees

– We collect sensitive information as needed (e.g. CPSRs, logins, documents)
– All client data is handled securely and never shared without legal obligation
– Clients must provide accurate and secure access credentials
– We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations 

– Fees must be agreed upon in advance
– Payments are non-refundable once work has begun
– Late payments may incur interest and service suspension
– Clients are responsible for third-party costs (e.g. filings, CPSRs)

– We provide guidance in good faith, but do not guarantee regulatory outcomes
– We disclaim all express or implied warranties
– Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
– We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

– We may terminate services without notice if terms are breached
– Fraudulent conduct, unethical behaviour, or falsified documents will be reported
– We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw service at our discretion 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales. 

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions. Major updates may be announced via email or a prominent notice on the Site.

We are not liable for failure to meet obligations due to events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
