2. Service-Specific Terms
2.1 Portal Submission (UK/EU)
- Each purchase includes one single submission to either the SCNP (UK) or CPNP (EU).
- Additional submissions will require a separate purchase.

- Templates provided are industry-compliant and updated regularly. However, businesses remain responsible for implementing and maintaining GMP compliance.
- Consulting services are advisory and do not replace official regulatory audits.
2.4 Product Label Review & Approval
- We review labels for regulatory compliance, but the final responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the labels lies with the client.
- Any major redesigns or repeated resubmissions may incur additional charges.
